The Will Challenge Lawyers is a division of Fox & Staniland Lawyers. We have been established for almost 50 years. Throughout that period we have been trusted advisors to our clients in matters of Wills, probate, estate administration as well as challenges to Wills and claims against estates.
We are lawyers based in Sydney and we have serviced our long standing and repeat clients from all over New South Wales, Australia and overseas. If necessary, we can arrange to meet you at our Gordon offices, which have ample nearby parking and are within an easy walk from Gordon railway station and the Gordon Centre.

Sally Webber
Senior Litigation Solicitor
Sally was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1993. After three years practising in the field of personal injury litigation, Sally spent eleven years living in Europe, eight of which were spent in Italy, and speaks fluent Italian. Upon her return to Australia in 2007, Sally commenced legal practise in a boutique CBD law firm and has spent the last 15 years working exclusively in the field of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Sally handles commercial disputes in almost every jurisdiction in New South Wales, as well as in the Federal Court of Australia. She has a proven track record of success in complex commercial cases, building and construction disputes, negligence claims, shareholder and director disputes, environment and planning litigation, equity proceedings, estate disputes, defamation proceedings and general litigation at a superior court level, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has a broad range of research, drafting, communication and advocacy skills.
In 2013, Sally was certified by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation. Sally is also a member of the Law Society of NSW Litigation Law and Practice Committee.
Bradley Campbell
Senior Associate
Bradley Campbell has 18 years’ experience as a Litigation lawyer having practiced in South Africa and Australia. He acts in commercial disputes, matters relating to competition and consumer law, debt recovery, building and construction disputes, property disputes, leasing disputes and franchising disputes in the Supreme Court, District Court of New South Wales, Local Court, Federal Court of Australia and the Land and Environment Court. Bradley provides a practical and cost effective result for clients through alternative dispute resolution or the courts.
Dennis Barton
Litigation Solicitor / Special Counsel
Dennis Barton was admitted to practice in 1976. He established his own practice in 1978 in Hornsby, practicing in the areas of commercial law, commercial and estate litigation, property law and deceased estates. He has practiced in all of the state courts and previously had an extensive family law practice. Dennis believes in taking a practical approach to all legal matters with the aim of achieving the best outcome for his clients. After more than 45 years of practice Dennis decided to retire in 2023. His retirement lasted all of four months, and he has now joined our litigation team as Special Counsel. Many of his former clients have followed him to Fox & Staniland.
Paul Cantwell
Special Counsel
Paul is a highly experienced commercial litigator, with over 25 years’ experience both in private practice as a principal of international law firms and in-house.
He specialises in contract, corporate and financial services litigation, including regulatory, advisory and compliance, estates disputes and litigation, competition and consumer law, negligence claims, building and construction disputes, property and real estate litigation, shareholder and takeover litigation.
He is experienced in high value multi-party claims, litigation and dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
Paul regularly practices in the Superior and Appellate Courts acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Richard Martyn
Senior Lawyer
Richard is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University.
Richard practices general civil litigation and dispute resolution with a specialty in equity including real property disputes and estate disputes. He acts for individuals and corporations, churches and charities and ensures that his advice is commercial and tailored to the specific circumstances of the dispute and each client’s particular needs.
Calvin Ye
Lawyer
Calvin was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2025. He has been working in the litigation team at Fox & Staniland Lawyers since 2022. Calvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
Prior to Calvin’s admission, he has worked in the litigation team as a law clerk, a paralegal and a law graduate. Calvin has gained experience and familiarity with the Court process, criminal laws, commercial disputes, personal injury, wills and estates, equity and other general litigation matters. He has worked on matters in the Local, District and Supreme Court of New South Wales as well as matters in the Federal Court of Australia. Calvin is committed to providing thorough and practical legal advice, resolving matters efficiently to assist clients to achieve their best possible outcome.
Joshua Ng-Kam-Man
Lawyer
Joshua was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2025 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Laws and combines strong academic foundations with an extensive understanding of the litigation process.
Before his admission, Joshua worked as a Law Graduate within the firm. Joshua has gained experience in commercial disputes, criminal laws, wills and estates, equity, and various litigation matters.
Joshua is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients. He is dedicated to providing pragmatic, clear, and strategic legal advice, while ensuring each case is handled with the highest degree of care and attention.
